At CCNE, our focus is on making disciples. We seek to be a body of believers that exalt the name of Jesus Christ and live out our faith in a way that is pleasing to the Lord.

While we believe that giving tithes and offerings is a biblical practice that is necessary for the functioning of the church and the health of the believer, we do not make it our focus. We trust the Lord to provide for our needs.

At CCNE, we don’t pass around the offering plate and we won’t pressure you to give. Rather, we allow the Holy Spirit to move in the believer to give cheerfully as the Spirit leads. The Bible instructs us that giving is a sacrifice of thanksgiving. When you give to God, give sacrificially. David said, “I will not offer to the Lord that which costs me nothing.” (1 Chronicles 21:24) The widow who put two mites into the temple treasury was applauded by Jesus for giving all she had (Mark 12:43). God is blessed when we offer Him a true financial sacrifice, but that friends, is between you and God. We trust Him to take care of this ministry.
